Hey babes! Happy Monday! Hope y'all had a great weekend! I cannot believe the World Cup is over! Now what am I supposed to watch?! lol I love to mix prints. It's fun to do a little something unexpected. You don't have to go wild. Polka dots and stripes are always a good way to go. Do y'all like to mix prints?

Side of Maxi

Hey babes!! Happy Monday!! I'll be honest and say I was not ready to get back into the swing of things! I just wanted to stay home and watch the Winter Olympics! I'm a bit of a fanatic!! Yesterday was such an amazing day here in Texas---sunny and warm---but in the ol' Texas tradition, today the high was 36. Lovely! Maxi skirts are one of my fave go-to pieces. They are so easy to wear and not to mention---comfy! Love how they can be worn pretty much all year round!

Ayer fue un día tan increíble---soleado y caliente---pero en la tradición de Texas hoy el alto fue 36! Que cosa! Faldas tipo Maxi son una de mis estilos favoritos. Son tan fáciles para usar y súper cómodas! Me encanta que las puedes usar casi todo el ano!}

Bright Stripes

Hey Lovebugs! Happy Wednesday! How did Cyber Monday go for y'all?! I was good and didn't buy anything! But, now all the crazy "after Cyber Monday" deals are killing me! They've kept the sales going and it's only a matter of time before I crack! I'll put things in my shopping basket and see what I actually go back to purchase--that means you really want it? Right? Sometimes when Winter really hits the color can run right out of your wardrobe. You tend to dress for how you feel and wanting to stay warm. I, for one, am always "ready to wear my cute winter clothes" but after a week of cold weather I'm ready for some heat and sun! That's why I try to keep bright colors in my wardrobe. It's fun to mix it up (prints, colors, etc.) and keep the drab out of Winter!
