Happy Friday the 13th Lovelies! The 13th is usually viewed as a "bad" day---but, 13 is my favorite number---so today is going to be a great day! Don't you just love my spin on it! hahaha ;) Anyway! Check out some of my new obsessions and a fun little addition to my post that I was "awarded"!

First, I'm obsessed with chambray! I've styled 5+ looks in my head, but have refrained from bombarding y'all with denim on my blog! I'm loving the idea of chambray mixed with polka dots! This top is too fun!

Friday Faves!

Happy Friday Dolls! I'm so ready for the weekend! This week has been a pretty busy one for me. I'm ready to sit back and relax.  Check out my list of Friday Faves that includes a dress to die for and a fun recipe to try out!

First, I am OBSESSED OBSESSED OBSESSED with this dress from Dorothy Perkins S/S 2012 line. It's STUNNING! If anyone knows who-what-where-when I can find this baby----> PLEASE let me know!

Next, have you seen Claudia Schiffer's new campaign for Guess?! She looks amazing! I love how the campaign has a retro feel. The line launches in Guess stores, Macy's, and online in April.

Another thing I'm in love with the this week are these great mini lemon soufflés! I found the recipe on Pinterest and it looks pretty simple and oh so cute! Going to try them out this weekend!

I also can't get enough of these colored chino shorts from JCrew! They are soo fun! They have pretty much every color in the rainbow and they're chic to boot! I may have to break down and snag me a pair---or two!

Friday Faves!

Hey Dolls!!!! I can't believe it's Friday already! I feel like I've been playing catch-up all week! Southby threw me out of whack and now I'm just getting back! lol Hope your week wasn't as crazy as mine! This week has mostly been about lusting after fun footwear and hair accessories! Check out some of my current must haves!

First, I saw these old-school high top sneakers and fell in love! The sequins are so fun! I can see myself sporting these bad boys with a tank and some black skinnies or even a cute skirt.

Next, it's all about the classic white chucks. I've been wanting to add these to my shoe collection since FOREVER! I just keep getting distracted by all the pretty colors when I'm in the store and go a different route! I must acquire some of these soon! Trust me you can dress these babies up or down! So fab!

I'm also obsessed with blush pleated maxi skirts! I keep seeing them all over the place and am in love!

Friday Faves!

Happy Friday Lovelies! Is it just me or does it seem like this week has flown by? I'm pretty excited for tonight--I finally get to experience some Southby festivities! After a crazy week at work I'm so looking forward to it! This week's Friday Faves are just a few things that brought a little sparkle to my week!

First, I am in love OBSESSED with these Pink Steve Madden Pumps! They are crazy fun and would bring a great pop of color to any outfit!

Next, are a few pieces from Saboskirt that are just too cool! I'm loving the vintage purple denim shorts! The crop top is also super fun! The bow element in the back is just gorgeous! You can dress it up for a night out or down for a fun day out in the sun!

I am currently craving ICE CREAM pretty much EVERY DAY!! I gave up it up for Lent. And you know when you can't have something---you want it that much more! FYI: Free Cone Day is April 3rd! So pop in a store and have a scoop (or two!) for me!

Last, but not least, I cannot wait to see 21 Jump Street! It looks hilarious and I love Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill! The movie premieres tonight! I probably won't get to see it this weekend but hopefully I'll get to see it soon!

It's Friday, Friday, Friday Loves!! I kind of feel like this week dragged by, but then again I did go on a work trip yesterday that had me on the road at 6:30AM--so that could be a factor in my sluggishness! This weeks Friday Faves contains pieces from all over the spectrum! From Paris Fashion Week to a Spring Break must have!

First and foremost, if you haven't checked out the Louis Vuitton Runway Show---do so immediately! It was amazing!! Three Words: Louis Vuitton Express... I'm obsessed! Check out some photos of the show below!

Next, are a few pieces from Zara that I'm drooling over! A printed dress that is to die for! It's sold out online, which is a huge bummer---I'm praying they have it in my local store. And a studded leather jacket that is just so cool it's gorgeous!

I'm also obsessed with this one piece swimsuit from Anthropologie. I love the old school feel to their swimsuit collection. All the pieces are dainty and chic! One of the suits from their collection would be the cherry on top of your Spring Break wardrobe!

Last, but not least, I'm leaving you with the video for "Safe and Sound" by Taylor Swift featuring The Civil Wars. This song is my new obsession (especially because of its ties to The Hunger Games! haha)! The feel is spooky and emotional. Perfect for the book/movie theme. Enjoy!

Faves of the week!

Happy Friday loves!

I am constantly adding to my "lists of..." in my notes app on my Iphone. From killer shoes I just saw on a blog, or a new musical artist I just discovered, to books I want to add to my reading list.
So I thought I'd do a Friday wrap-up of some current obsessions of mine! To "share the wealth" so to speak.

I am currently obsessed with this AMAZING bracelet from House of Harlow. I saw it and immediately thought I had to add it to my jewelry collection. It's a tad on the pricey side but I'll save my pennies until I can snag one! I just love the arrow cut out detail--it matches my blog name perfectly--don't you think?!

Next on my list is the George & Brother Skinny Railroad Spike Cuff. It's such a simple piece, but it's beautiful in its simplicity. It would make a great addition to an arm party. A railroad spike is totally unexpected!

Another item on my list is an Elizabeth Cole Necklace. It's actually a Gemini Zodiac necklace, but for my purposes it would be an initial necklace. It's hard to find initial necklaces that don't look like you stepped back into the 3rd grade. I love the layered circles behind the G's. The piece would be great as one of many in a layered look!

Next on my list are a pair of GORGEOUS Thierry Lasry Lively sunnies. They are to die for! I'm obsessed! A girl can never have too many pairs of sunglasses. I need to add these to my Spring Sunnies rotation. Do you have any sunnies you're gushing over?!

Onto the books! I have a list about a mile long that keeps getting longer! Call me a nerd--but I absolutely adore books! Stepping into a fantasy world that is half based in your own creativity is amazing! I just finished reading the Hunger Games Trilogy. It is a MUST-READ. The storyline really got to me, it sucks you in and is action packed from the very beginning. What more can you ask for? Not to mention the movie is being released in exactly a month. So excited! I would definitely check out the series if you haven't yet! I've made all my friends-guys and girls-buy the books! Is there a book or series you love? I'd love to add more books to my list!

Last but not least I am currently obsessed with the talented Mr. Josh Harrison. He's a pop artist from Nashville. I stumbled upon him while checking out "It Will Rain" by Bruno Mars covers. He is super talented! Give him a listen!
