I finally got to wear my Prabal for Target blouse and I love it! The colors are perfect for Spring and the netting on the shoulders is a fun touch! I can see soo many possibilities for this blouse! I bought this leather belt a couple of weeks ago at a Massimo Dutti sale. Let me just tell you----best buy of the month! I have to keep myself from wearing it every day! A versatile leather belt is great to have in your accessories arsenal!

I Never Saw You Coming

Happy Wednesday Lovebugs! I've been searching for a utility jacket for ages. When I saw this red version I was sold! The color pops and adds a little something extra to the regular ol' utility! Right now in Texas it's chilly in the mornings and in the high 70's by the afternoon. Needless to say, I'm honing my layering skills! Love a good chambray to wear underneath sweaters and jackets!

Hola Chicas! Happy Wednesday! Let me just tell you that my nights have been filled with looking at formal gowns--to only be super disappointed! I finally found a dress I could not live without (yes, I know a tad dramatic! lol) only to find out it was sold out. Why must you have my size as the only size available Nordstrom? Only to then tell me the dress is not available when I go to pay for it? So sad! Let me tell you I've looked everywhere and on EVERY site. I found it on Ebay in a WAY too big for me size. But, I won't lie, I want it so bad I'm considering buying it and getting it majorly altered! Has this ever happened to you? Woe is me.. but seriously!

On a lighter note, when I saw this hat at Target I automatically put it in my basket! I'm a tad majorly obsessed with hats! They are such fun fashion accessories!

Dotty!

Hey babes! I finally got my hands on a pair of white skinnies and I'm soo excited! I love how versatile they are and the crisp touch they give to your look! On another note, have y'all seen the trailer for The Great Gatsby?! I think it looks amazing! For one, I love Leonardo DiCaprio and for two the casts wardrobe looks stunning! I feel like it's so far away! Going to have to read the book again before it comes out!

Friday Faves!

Friday is back again! That sneaky devil finallyyyyy showed up! Hahaha I'm pretty excited for the weekend. Mostly just for the pleasure of sleeping in! Check out some of the things I'm lusting over this week!

First, I seriously, seriously, seriously missed the memo on stripes! I think I may have like one striped sweater in my closet?! What?! I need to get a striped top like yesterday!

Finally, I'm crushing on cute easy hairstyles. This is a twist on the modern ponytail that still makes you look super put together while only taking you a couple of minutes to execute!
