Chambray. Tops, dresses, shirts, I'm obsessed. I picked up these AE chambray shorts a few weeks ago and fell in love. They are a fun twist on the regular denim short and perfect to wear out to a picnic or for Sunday Funday. I like the idea of changing up normal summer shorts--be it with prints or a different material.

Hey lovies! How has this week been treating y'all? I've been busy busy looking for apartments. It is not a fun experience--let me tell ya. Out of thousands of apartments available you would think it'd be easier! lol Anyway, What I'm really loving about this romper is how you can take it from day to night depending on your accessories. I decided to go for a more casual look with booties and a hat but you can totally wear some killer heels, a high bun, a smoky eye and you're ready for a night on the town. Love that!

I will say--the inauguration was BORING!! It looks like they spent $100 on the entire thing. They should have just had a 30 minute Carnival and people would have loved it! Can't wait for Saturday. It's Colombia's first match. Are any of y'all watching the World Cup?

Happy Monday Babes! Hope y'all had a great weekend! Mine was spent having a blast with my family! I finally got to hang out with my little brother after not seeing him for two months---so it was a lot of catching up and planning his next move since he's graduating in December. Hola Chicas! Happy Wednesday! Let me just tell you that my nights have been filled with looking at formal gowns--to only be super disappointed! I finally found a dress I could not live without (yes, I know a tad dramatic! lol) only to find out it was sold out. Why must you have my size as the only size available Nordstrom? Only to then tell me the dress is not available when I go to pay for it? So sad! Let me tell you I've looked everywhere and on EVERY site. I found it on Ebay in a WAY too big for me size. But, I won't lie, I want it so bad I'm considering buying it and getting it majorly altered! Has this ever happened to you? Woe is me.. but seriously!

On a lighter note, when I saw this hat at Target I automatically put it in my basket! I'm a tad majorly obsessed with hats! They are such fun fashion accessories!

School's Out For Summer!

Hey lovelies! The plaid skirt I'm wearing in this post makes me want to start singing Alice Cooper's song "School's Out" out loud! It seriously played over and over in my head while I was taking my outfit pictures! I went to a public school where we had a really strict dress code---you know I love fashion---but every time I couldn't buy something because it wasn't 'up to par' made me wish we had school uniforms. It would have made things much easier!
